Force India Unveils VJMO3 - 2010 F1


Recently Force India unveiled their new racing car for the 2010 F1 season. They had replaced their old one VJMO2 with VJMO3 which was launched by the Force India's chairman Vijay Mallya. He said the new VJMO3 will be suitable for all kind off race tacks for the 2010 F1 season. Mallya also added that their team will look forward for more podiums in this season. In the last season of F1 Force India team grabbed one podium finish, one pole position, and with 13 pts.
The whole team is confident about the more podium in this 2010 F1 season.


Drivers List:
Adrian Sutil and Vitantonio Liuzzi will drive for the team Force India.
Paul di Resta will be the test driver for the Force India team.

F1 JAPANESE GRAND PRIX

FUJI TELEVISION JAPANESE GRAND PRIX held today in SUZUKA, Sebastian Vettel won the title by which he kept his world championship dream alive with 69 pts behind Jenson Button(85) and Rubens Barrichello(71), with two more races to go.

Lewis Hamilton wins the Singapore Grand Prix, which was 11th title of his career. Jenson Button adds 4 pts to his championship points and leads the driver table with 84 pts followed by his team mate Rubens Barrichello with 69 pts.

F1 SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX FRIDAY PRACTICE SESSION

Singapore Grand Prix will be held on Sunday 27th Sep, in head of that 2 practice session held today. In the practice Sebastian Vettel pulls down the title defender Fernando Alonso by 0.274 sec. Its qualifying session will start by saturday 22:00 Hrs.

F1 2010 RACE CALENDAR

The World Motor Sport Council had released the F1 race calendar for the 2010 season world championship. The FIA had included Korean Grand Prix and Canada Grand Prix in the 2010 calendar.
The inclusion of the Canada Grand Prix is subjected to race contract. The 2010 season starts from 14th march in Bahrain and gets completed in Brazil on 14th Nov,

RENAULT F1 - SUSPENDED BAN FOR 2 YEARS



Renault F1 team was suspended for 2 years over the singapore conspiracy. Since Flavio Briatore Managing Director of Renault F1 team, Pat Symonds Executive Director of Engineering and Nelson Piquet team driver were found guilty by World Motor Sport Council(WMSC) over the last years Singapore GP conspiracy which caused a deliberate crash and benifited the race strategy of Fernando Alonso to win the Singapore GP last year.


The WMSC also announced that Renault F1 team should pay the cost of investigation, should give a significant contribution to FIA's safety work, Briatore should not involve in the FIA-sanctioned motorsport for life time, whereas five year ban for Symonds and Piquet was granted immunity from sanction for volunteering his evidence in the investigation.

GIANCARLO FISICHELLA- " I AM OVER THE MOON"

Giancarlo Fisichella signed with ferrari for the final five races of this F1 season. The 36 year old Italian driver has been released from the Force India's contract. He will remain as the reserve driver for the season 2010 for Ferrari. Since the accident of Massa, Ferrari were inneed of a experienced driver and they signed Fisichelle after his great finish in Belgian Grand Prix. While asking about this to Fisichella he said "Its true that it has always been an ambitious to driver for the ferrari and now I AM OVER THE MOON" and i thank Vijay Mallya who allowed me to do this.

FORCE INDIA - F1






Force India grabs their first podium finish in the F1, through Giancarlo Fisichella's victory in Belgian Garnd Prix. Fisichella finishes in 2nd positon and scored maiden points(8 points) for his Force India team. The Italian driver tried to win the race but finished in 2nd spot behind Kimi Raikkonen who got the lead through KERS(Kinetic Energy Recovery System) and fisichella finished without KERS with the time gap of less than a minute.

Force India team was formed in oct 2007 by Vijay Mallya who bought the Spyker F1 team for 88 million Euro.
